Lesson 36 – My holiness envelops everything I see

Text: You are holy because your mind is part of God’s.

Learning: I saw these practice sessions visually. They were a white light that enveloped everything that I focussed my attention on when I must admit though that my thoughts have gravitated toward my body and pressures around the way I looked, so I enveloped my holiness around these thoughts and some melted like ice into water, some sparked up like sparklers and others just disappeared. This has helped me to feel peace and gratitude when I felt heavier energy today.
