
Text: Try, therefore not to let the ‘little’ thoughts of anger escape you in the practice periods.
Learning: The little and big thoughts of anger, annoyance or anything that disturbed my peace today were used today in the practice periods. Yet also were really helpful when occurrences came up and they changed my energy to a more empowering state. It was impressive how impactful this practice was for helping me become more resourceful, like a lightbulb going off that had not been switched on before.
