When ENOUGH is ENOUGH and what to do instead?
I rediscovered the power of this statement a few weeks ago. I want you to spend 10 seconds just now pondering “how do you know you have had ENOUGH?”
I recently asked a friend and mentor whose program I was participating in this question and her response was “you just know” for me it is one thing to know and another to listen to the sense within that it is time to listen. It was regarding a relationship I had with my man.
I knew that my TRUTH was that I had had enough of the way we were relating to each other and wanted a completely different way to be with each other. It was one of the clearest moments of my life when in a deep healing conversation with a blessed healer I knew this way of relating was OVER. I no longer wanted this in my life again.
Have you had a defining moment where you have had enough?
I have had plenty with diets, the way I feel about myself, my body, other women who I perceived as SEXY, the way I felt about my life and what I didn’t have, who I was being in my J.O.B.
