5 Tips to spark more energy in your daily life

As you pass the halfway mark for this year, how have you been travelling in relation to your body, mind and spirit.

Have you nurtured your mind with actitivities that inspire you?
Have you nourished yourself with food that gives you energy and makes you feel good?
Have you given permission to yourself to relax when you have needed it and rested your weary soul after a hard day?

Today I feel inspired to share with you 5 Tips to spark more energy in your daily life;

1. Breathing space

Space and time to breathe fully and deeply is important for increasing your energy. It helps you remain calm in moments of stress, filling your body and cells with oxygen. It assists with clarity in the mind and helps you relax.

2. Gratitude

What can you actually be thankful for even if you don’t truly feel it in this moment. Gratitude gives you the feeling of openness and expansiveness. It feels good and can assist in putting your situation into perspective.

3. Decrease clutter

Choose an area of your home and take 15 minutes minimum (set a timer if this helps) to let go of what no longer serves you or sparks energy.

For example, in closet the shirt that you haven’t used in 6 months because it doesn’t fit or you bought on sale yet never really liked. This process of de-cluttering will help to make way for more space and a feeling of relief to let go of what doesn’t serve you. Also so that it can be useful for someone else who will appreciate its use and beauty.

4. Moving your body

Whether it is simple stretching, going for a walk with a friend or partner or even going to a class at the gym or yoga studio. Commit to moving that gorgeous body of yours that is your home and supporting you 24/7. To increase your energy levels.

5. Drinking more water

Feeling dehydrated causes you to feel low on energy or fatigue, so drink water to increase your energy levels and let go of the toxins that the body has been holding onto with the flow of water.

There you have it 5 simple tips that can be used daily to assist you with increasing your energy levels so you can feel really good and do what gives you joy.
