
So this week I’ve been challenged by an unwell, clingy ‘i want mummy’ toddler, busy ‘burning the midnight oil’ husband, and cheese on toast + extra cheese cravings.
So I thought I’d share in times of stress, pressure and low energy 10 ways to feel good, happier and great in your skin in a minimum of 1 minute or more.
1. Dance to your favourite song
2. Do what feels pleasurable to you
3. Call a supportive friend for a chat
4. To Listen an inspiring song
5. Watch an inspiring film
6. Smell a rose while going for a walk outside
7. Receive a massage
8. Pamper yourself with a bath
9. Have a nap
10. Have a technology break for 5 minutes (that means no tv too!)
