Lesson 96 – Salvation comes from my one Self

Learning for today: Remembering that God is in everything and everyone I see. God as the man who is very tense, God as the angry toddler, it really helped with dealing with situations that were challenging. I also have had a shift in my mindset around self care, truly claiming time for myself without apology or mummy guilt and it feels so liberating.
