Lesson 3 My eyes aren’t understanding what I am actually seeing

Learning: Already this was something that I discovered sparked and peaked my interest. To apply the concept of not understanding anything I see in this room, (place, on this street, from this window). It was like I saw a matrix of energy and the items in my view vibrating, like a veil had been lifted and I could see what was actually behind the understanding I thought I had.That I don’t know what I think or thought I knew.

It shed layers of filters I had and my eyes were seeing something resembling light and perceiving sound and movement, yet it was hard to not place judgement on this. Like having different set of sunglasses with different filters coming off Also having just put my 14 week old to sleep and having some whack job play on a motorised bike or scooter at just the time of her resettling was tough not to create an emotionally charged meaning from.
