Lesson 26 – My attack thoughts are attacking my invulnerability

Text: The thought that you always attack yourself first. If attack thoughts must entail the belief that you are vulnerable, their effect is to weaken you in your own eyes. Thus they have attacked you in your perception of yourself.

Learning: This lesson was the most challenging today, my thoughts and concerns really felt real and all I kept repeating is “that thought is an attack upon myself”. It is interesting because when I’m in a pattern of behaviour or an idea, was literally changing in the moment, for example a disagreement I felt my reactions shifting and changing and not having the power over me that they have had.
