Lesson 10 – My thoughts do not mean anything

Text: Talking about thoughts; ‘If you find it helpful to do so, you might imagine that you are watching a procession going by, which has little if any personal meaning to you’.

Learning: when doing the exercises of the lesson I saw in my mind’s eye an unscrewing of jars that had been closed so tight that nothing new could get in and nothing old could get out, this practice has helped to create a new outlook on my thoughts and allowed them to have less of a grip on me and my feelings, thereby making me increasingly open, freer and for those who know me, this is huge, much more light hearted.
