
Learning for today: this little mantra was very powerful, when I was in the thick of really not wanting to deal with or be in a situation I just kept being with myself and allowing myself the space to internally handle how I was truly feeling with the way to act in the situation to continue peace.
At this stage though it is taking a lot of mental, emotional and spiritual holding to be with a partner who has completely stretched themselves to the point of no availability for their second job of parenting. Constantly being told that I am attacking, that I am emotional, in a mood, and such is great food for this lesson today. When I know I am not and who I am being is centred, this lesson really helped.
